period's here. it hurts like hell.I don't have cramps though. Just loads of bloating, and it's actually the bloating that's causing the pain and the occassional stabbing pain of the air moving around. It's pretty darn crap.

Actually, what really hurts like hell is non-applicator tampons. I mean wtf. how the hell do people shove strange foreign objects up themselves anyway? let alone rough foreign objects?????
Applicators are the only way to go.
